How do these three words relate to happiness? It’s a bit of a listening puzzle but sorting out how being wholly present can create holiness and peace in our lives is valuable intel. Add holey, the last word, to understand how important it is to not wait till we have all the information to take action. All we have is the now and consequently our happiness depends on how we use each moment.

Upgrade your attitude with this quick happiness workout. In honor of our 100th episode of The Happiness Playbook we’d like to do a Play Theory workshop in real time with our listeners. Come along and experience the transformational power of the four principles of Play Theory. You’ll feel more centered, calm and happy.

We promise, it’ll be worth your time.

What are you more afraid of... Ghosts, Zombies or Clowns? For three fourths of Americans the answer is none of the above. If you can relate to clammy hands and the knee knocking terror of speaking in front of a group then this episode is for you. We'll cover how to use the four Play Theory principles to overcome your fears and help you find your voice in any situation.

Play of the Week: The next time you’re afraid of something be it making a presentation, or just speaking up in front of others, take a deep breath and connect back to the current moment and not a future possibility of judgement and rejection and instead look outward and try to see the person or people in front of you more clearly. Think of their needs and then try to meet them.
